About Chef Clara

Born in Brazil, I came to Canada in 2015 following my dream of living abroad. The brigadeiro treat is part of my life since I was a kid, as I always helped my mom to make them for my sister’s birthday parties. I graduated in “Baking and Pastry Arts Management” at Centennial College in 2020. I am the owner and the head chef of Sweet Dream Brigadeiros, running the company since 2015.
